Love these.
When I was a kid Lagonda was my dream car. Just have to stare at these.
Really nice

That sure is a pretty site.
You are a lot earlier than here.

The beach scene is nice. Steep beach.

All I can say is WOW, look at the colors and how sharp every picture is! Don't you wish Canon could have made lenses like these? I already have 4/3's and love them, all Panasonic. Canons may have to go live somewhere else.

Bought one last week along with the panaleica 100-400. This was using the focus stack mode. The shutter took some getting used to with it being so easily triggered, but I was able to shoot this without a timer or shutter release because of the sensitivity of the shutter button :-)

Thought I'd post an interesting find. I would be careful using the Adobe DNG converter with G9 files. I had been converting to DNG and processing in LR 5.7. It was acceptable but I wasn't completely satisfied with the results. I couldn't decide if I was asking too much from ISO1600 files, but I started exploring a number of other software options. Yes, I pixel-peep. I happened to throw a G9 raw file at Topaz Studio and I could immediately see more detail was waiting where the DNG converter had lost it. These are 100% crops

The first was converted using Adobe DNG Converter and the DNG file opened in LR 5.7 where I applied only mild sharpening of 3, luminance noise reduction of 3, and adjusted my white level up 11. I didn't touch color.

The second is the G9 Raw file opened in Topaz Studio and processed using Precision Contrast and HSL Color and then saved as a TIFF before being opened in LR 5.7 and processing finished. The result was much better!

Note: This is not a plug for Topaz Studio. I think the issue is centered around the Adobe DNG Converter. If you use the converter, I'd encourage you to try working the original G9 Raw file to see if your results are similar to mine. As for the G9, I am very happy with what it can do at ISO1600!

I moved to m43 about a year ago and have not looked back. I shoot events and it is so much nicer to work with the G9, easily half the weight of my former set up.

Here's one from Texas State Fair.
