Afraid it doesn't work for me either as I can't see either the kite or the surfer and, more importantly, whatever is happening doesn't appear to be in focus.

This could possibly be a "whale's eye view", if the whale was leaping out of the water.

But I'm afraid that I don't know what the picture is supposed to be of. . I see water spraying and behind that spray is something blue and something green, both of which are quite blurry ..... they appear to be some sort of plastic objects. . They definitely appear to be manmade, whatever they are.

But I think that for 99.9% of their lives, whales are under the water's surface, so a more regular "whale's eye view" would be a pic taken from underwater, looking up at what's on the surface the way a whale would typically be seeing it.

.

"Your" and "you're" are different words with completely different meanings - please use the correct one.
"They're", "their", and "there" are different words with completely different meanings - please use the correct one.
"Fare" and "fair" are different words with completely different meanings - please use the correct one. The proper expression is "moot point", NOT "mute point".
