Beekeeper Goldmember More info | Yep, Northern harrier. It's an immature female due to the brown eye, lack of streaks, and orangish coloration to breast. Immature males would show a lighter/yellowish eye by this time. Eye color in female Northern harriers changes slower than the males. She will begin molting into adult plumage this summer.
