I just replaced the Sirui clamp. A bit of heat needed to remove it, they assemble with thread locker. It's an 8mm screw.
I used extra padding (water pipe insulation foam) for shoulder carrying.

A local woman had to be airlifted to an ER after being bitten by a rattle snake while hiking with her dog the other day. Although being very mindful because of this news, I nearly stepped on a snake while out birding. It turned out to be a dead snake with its head missing (have no idea what had happened to it), but the incident made me decide to modify my monopod set up:
