Why did I get this profanity warning when no profane acronym was used?

Going home to the midwest out of PA, we would always cross paths with Blue Ball PA, Paradise PA and Intercourse PA. It felt like a really strange game of rock, paper, scissors when talking about these towns, not sure which takes what?

If you cannot first get to Intercourse, which eventually gets you to Paradise, you get instead to Blue Ball PA.

And don't forget the best town name of all back in that very area, Bird in Hand, Pennsylvania. . I'm not joking - Google it!

I'm from PA originally, and lived most of my life just an hour and a half from these places with the bizarre names.

Oh I just verified on the map, Bird in Hand or Intercourse can lead to Paradise, or else you get to Blue Ball PA

Is that all in Amish areas of PA?

Yes. . Lancaster County, specifically.

Do they take very kindly to Fruitville, and how do they view Bareville?

We lived in KoP and the Pottstown area for 5 years, and would go through those areas to head back to the Midwest. Don't miss the road conditions, but it was nice to have so many places to travel to in just minutes, so many packed towns, and Lancaster was great to head over to for good Amish cooking. Never bored when we were out there!

Wow! . Small world!

I lived in Bucks and Montgomery Counties from birth until age 39. . In fact, I went to King of Prussia to buy my first DSLR (off of eBay, buyer pickup).

Have been held up in Pottstown traffic several times, whilst trying to make my way northward to somewhere like Cabelas in Hamburg or my grandparent's farm north of Tamaqua.

My family is still all back there and I go to visit rather frequently, but man, I can't take the congestion. . I'll never live in a populated area again.

Our first daughter was born in the hospital in Norristown. :)

Funny story there... 3 days before she was born, we bought a new minvan with the raised roof, TV, captain seats, etc. We drove less than a mile from the dealership and 2 cars hit each other, one spun around and slide down the side of our new van. Our daughter almost was born 3 days earlier than she did.

Wasn't funny then though. And PA is a no fault state (or was), so we had to cover the insurance deductibles or whatever ourselves.

What about
peace" and "piece" or "To", "too" and "two".

Hmm, I'd say the profanity filter has gone bonkers.

And Intercourse, PA is right in Lancaster County. Who knew. I always thought Big Bone Lick, KY was bad.

Only on POTN can a complaint about a bad word filter gone bad turn into a simultaneous sexual and geographical lesson! :) Love it!
