That is a good edit, really brings out the details in the hills. Very cool scenery! I used a bit too much saturation, but other than that, yours is very close to what I was shooting for.

Thanks for the suggestions, TeamSpeed. I had a lot of photos to process from the trip, as I brought along 3 cameras (M50, 5D3 and 7D2). So, I haven't spent a lot of time tweaking the fine details of all the shots.

I agree that yours is a little over saturated. I always err on the conservative side with that adjustment, though.

I really like the 32mm lens (thanks, DLee for 'encouraging' me to buy it) and wish I could use it on my FF cameras. It's made me think about getting a used 50mm f1.2. They are going fairly cheaply right now. Hmmm.

You might like the 50 1.2 for the m mount, made by rokinon

Well, I might, but my point is I'd like a 50mm 1.2 on FF which this approximates on ASP-C.

How about the sigma art 50? The difference in DOF is pretty minimal.

Yes, I've been looking at that too.

I had one, amazing lens. But I'm tempted by the 1.2 :)

I'm seriously contemplating the Canon as well. The used prices are very reasonable...

It's very good of you TS, but as Derek and I are both in the UK, it doesn't help very much ;-)a

Challenge accepted! Sorry, I didn't notice the location, I usually look for that. :(

I hope to have time to put the Viltrox on the M50 and do some more FF-esque shots here this weekend. Been a slow week for photos...

I still have my 50L f/1.2. I just cannot give it up. It's still my go-to lens for indoor family gatherings.

I thought I would buzz right into this thread and post a couple of pics taken with the 2xIII and 100-400II, then I have to fly on out of here to do some chores.
