Cool Visitors to KBFI the Past Few Weeks

Here are a few of the cool visitors that have come in to Seattle the last few weeks:

The first is one of the few DC-8s left in the world, owned by NASA.

Interesting photo of the NASA DC-8. Nice collection of aircraft.

Photo 3 shows Clay Lacy Aviation in the background. Clay is an aviation pioneer, and his company does a lot of filming for movies (ex Top Gun).
He used to fly often at air shows, but I think he retired from that now.

Thank you! The DC-8 was very special. I hadn't taken any pictures of any before and I don't imagine I'll have many chances to these days.

And Clay Lacy has a great history. I've seen his gray Learjet there for Seafair, although not in recent years. The FBO is also the main stop for the military coming into KBFI so it's also great to pay attention to.

Great set! Bombardier Q400 is cherry on the cake.
