7d AF doesn't work, exept in Liveview

Since the camera works with other lenses, I would assume the problem owner is clever enough to realize that it's the lens that has the problem. Hence it's likely it's the lens that has been disassembled a few times, not the camera.

You might have picked up some inaccurate information from previous posts :lol:
I've tried with three lenses.. I didn't say that they worked on that specific camera I'm trying to repair or that this camera worked with other lenses.
I did say that those lenses work :-)

And yes it's the camera not lens :-)

Seems that I found the problem.. At least few pins at one ribbon cable connector are corroded quite bad and cable itself leads to AF sensor.
Now I just need to get it fixed somehow. Damn it's so small I had to take picture of it that I could zoom in :lol:
