I noticed that the password requirements are 8 characters, will users of older password conventions be notified to update?

No. They will need to comply to min. 8 when changing the passes.

I've had to reset my password as my previous one wasn't working.
Now I can't find how to change it. How can I do it?

Cheers

For others:

https://photography-on-the.net/forum/fyeo.php

left hand side, long list of random-ordered options, is "Password Change" so search for "password" on that page.

or: https://photography-on-the.net/forum/fyeo.php?show=password
