I a wedding photographer. I need second shooters for some of my upcoming weddings. My question: where and do you find second shooters?

I generally use Kijiji to start with.
Then I review applicants and meet face to face with selected ones.
Only after a wedding or two, you really know if you second shooter is good or not.
