Sony A7iii raw conversion for lightroom 6? such a thing?

Is there an adobe program to convert Sony RAW to DNG so that i can use my existing last generation LR6 standalone software?

As you can see I'm happy using my current bodies with the older version of LR. Don't feel like going cloud LR just yet....

Please inform a Sony newbie :) just preparing before I get the sony.....
