Is there a fairly easy fix for this (PS)?

If you literally mean the background, then yes, quite easy.
But I suspect you mean the whole sheet, both background and foreground ... in which case no, it's not easy.

Alright, I'll leave it. I have a paid shoot scheduled soon, I want to use the money from that to get paper and a different floor. That will be nice!

You could just blur it, or clone it, or... It depends on how well you can isolate the subject from the background before you make the changes. This is what I would start with, but there are a lot of ways to do it: Need to remove a background from something?

I had her take them off for most of our pictures. She wanted to try some pics with them, though.

Surface blur followed by the median filter. I don't especially like the result, but the wrinkles can be removed.
