Need Hawk / Falcon ID

To all the experts in the forum.. Went shooting a couple of days ago and found this Hawk or Falcon flying pretty high. I noticed it didn't look like a regular around the park. Can someone positively ID this bird, please? Yes, the bird was a mile away and the light was too high.

Photograped in Florida? It's a dark morph Short-tailed hawk-Buteo brachyurus. Found in Florida, but still not common. They show up along the Mexican border on occasion too.

Well.....! Thank you for the reply, "Beekeeper". I have been doing this for a long time, however.... this is my first encounter with one of them. Wish I could have gotten better shots, but it never came within range. Looked like it was just passing by.
