So what I really want from a camera is the ability to do mostly photography but when I want to do video I can switch to video and still get great amazing video. The 5D4 gave me that but no IS using my primes. Sony IBIS is really strong on this. I also love the crop mode. Another great feature is the clear image zoom where you can zoom in up to 1.5x. Combine these with the flip screen and 100Mbps video codec and I simply cannot go back to Canon. I want 4K. I just shot this morning Easter events and was able to use the 35mm 2.8 and have 35mm/50mm and then use clear image zoom to get up to 75mm all from a small lens and it being stabilized.
I simply cannot return to Canon for these reasons. I'm not a big video editor so I just need very good quality OOC and then I can just edit down the scenes.
Can't wait to get the 16-35 so then my video range will be 16-75mm with one lens.
