I think this is in right spot... I have been without a camera for a couple years and finally purchased a new 6D body that arrives today. Looking for thoughts around which of these two are better bang for the buck for literally all around use (portraits, star, star trails, landscapes, etc). Currently I do not own any lens so need to start with one. Ive owned Art lenses before and have yet to have to do any calibration with them, but the thought of doing so scares me a bit.
