I think audiences are spilt for the things you mentioned. One camp that is very technical vs another that is more creative. I watch a lot of different channels for different reasons. For example I watch The angry photographer and rob hall when I want tech details, Piximperfect and zoe noble for editing, Anita Sadowska for fashion shoots, Miguel Quiles for headshots, the list can go on for a while.
Also it seems like you are a millennial like myself so asking this question in a forum full of non millennials you will get mixed reviews. One of the big reasons I watch and subscribe to YouTuber's is because of their persona. The first YouTuber I found with wit that could still give you a decent review was Kai, his style was just so different so he stood out like crazy. Someone that has a well balanced channel for my liking is Peter McKinnon, great content that is easy to watch and he even throws in a bit of motivational speaking, lol.
