May 30, 2018 17:50 | #48 Dave mentioned this quote from a Q&A posted: I think one of the most wonderful things about Flickr, and something that sets it apart from almost every other service, is how woven into the fabric of the Internet it has become. Personally, I'm a huge fan of permalinks, and I can't imagine a world where we'd break them. I may have read the very same regarding PhotoBucket's newest transition, Craig5D4|50D|S3iS|AF:Canon 28-135 USM IS|MF:Tamron SP 28-80|Tamron SP 60-300|Soligor 75-260|Soligor 400|Soligor C/D 500|Zuiko 50 f/1.8|others

However, there has been a b0rk of my Flickr links. I'm a short-time user, and recent picture posts of mine have had to be edited for the pics to show again after revisiting them. I CAN say, with certainty, that there has been a rearrangement of Flickr linking, as far as the (random - ?) hashlinks used to be. By editing a couple of my posts with the newest links, the images display again. This was only possible after after editing to copy/paste the current links, and did not change after clearing cookies/cache within 3 different browsers. Whether or not this was intentional, I cannot say. Flickr changes those random parts when you change permissions on your gallery, maybe other settings, too. The Forum Boss, El General Moderator

RoadDog Goldmember More info | May 28, 2019 15:48 | #60 About two years ago my Flickr account stopped working. The photos were, and are, all still there, but I can no longer log in to that account, and both Flickr and Yahoo were complete failures at helping me. I can still access and "right click" photos and save them; it's weird. Just shut up and smile...
