It is like new condition (9 of 10) and provided very sharp image, and equal to Zeiss 50mm F1.4 Planar in sharpness.
I used a few times and provided nice color (Zeiss type) when I compare with Zeiss 50mm planar.
Mechanically (very smooth ring) and cosmetically, and optically excellent condition.
No Box or case. All original Rokinon caps $295 including S/H
