Not hard. I give all the credit to the Sony. The a9 has 693 AF points. Just put the camera in
Wide mode and all 693 are active....they cover the entire frame. Get the bee in the frame and it
will track it.....to a point. Bees are fast, but it didn't take too many tries.

Whats amazing is with the R3 I had the focus in wide mode at my sons baseball and response set to 5 fast... my it was tracking my son and he threw the ball... I was not zoomed in but kinda wide and what amazed me was the fact that it tracked the ball through the entire flight until the next player caught it. See the example below. So the ball was being thrown toward the camera at an angle. It literally had a green box following the ball the entire flight.

I was dumbfounded.

Great capture!

The bugs are starting to stir here after a long winter... now I will have to go out and try to shoot a bee in flight!
