The few items I would look at include the hotspot top left, the shadow behind the fan and the glare on the floor by the door/window.

However the most obviously jarring element for me is the TV screen. I know many people would past in an image so it looks like it is displaying something. Personally I don't really like that and would just use a brush to paint over it and darken it down.
