In my apartment complex, a small community here in Metropolitan Las Vegas, there have been a number of violent acts lately. Thankfully no one has been killed and, more remarkably, the community has rallied. Of course, being who I am, I am inspired by all of this. My reaction has been to start a photography project about hatred. More precisely, a project that deals with how we react to hatred and how we cope with it...

"RBF"
Model/MUA - Leilah M
Hatred can often start with a just a look.

"A Meeting of Minds"
Models - Max, Daken & Nala
Max is a de facto pacifist who has lived his whole life in difficult areas/circumstances. It takes a strong emotional base to be so humble, and that is where Daken and Nala come in.

I saw Omari shortly after I read your post and passed along your regards. It brought a smile to his face and he asked me to thank you. :)

This is the third image of the series, hot off the press so to speak.
