Point and Shoot, Low Light and Zoom

Hi all,

Looking for recommendations for a Point and Shoot (built in lens) that can do the following the best:

1. Low Light (Effective ISO of 12800 with solid IQ)
2. Great Zoom (like the Panasonic Super zooms, but doesn't have to be that insane)
3. RAW format (optional but would be nice)

I know there are tons out there and I'm a Canon 5D Mark xx guy, so I know my expectations need to be reasonable, but with everything that is out there, it's a little overwhelming and I've done some research but it feel never ending.

So with that, just looking for some recommendations from people who own these and believe it can hit those three main features above pretty well. I know that's a lot from a P&S but I figured I give it shot

Do you care about size?

The Sony RX10 IV meets most of those (not sure about ISO 12800, but the 1" sensor is about as good as you're going to get in a P&S), but it's big and expensive.

Something like the Panasonic ZS100/ZS200 might be the best bet if small size is important
