It is not my usual subject, but last weekend I had a couple of dancers in the studio, and we combined movement and flash for dynamic images:

Canon EOS 5DS • Sigma 50mm F1.4 DG HSM ART @50mm • 0.6s. • f/8 • ISO 100

Wow ... really like the effect. I read your blog but it is too hard for me -might be easier trying it out !!
