What would you recommend for a gel pack? I'm trying to get something that I can use to cut out to fit exactly over the AD600 bulb. I don't think a 2x3 pack is big enough. That'd fit a speedlite but not much else I think.

Correction, I have the 3"x6" Rosco Cinegel swatchbook and it costs $25—a steal! While I use the samples directly over my flash or studio fresnel, the swatchbook is formally designed to help you make purchases against their full catalog. For example, 100' rolls are roughly $100 and are intended to be cut for the fixture. Gels are considered consumables, especially if you regularly set them on fire. :) I only purchased one roll, but have packs of 2'x2' when I need larger coverage. You should start with the 3"x6" swatchbook and, if too small, you can make an informed decision for the 2'x2' sheets @ $7 ea.

There is a 6.5"x12" swatchbook for $132, but that seems an uneconomical route.

Seen that. Just want to avoid the price gouging there. $50 for that number of gels is not a good value.

You can always buy the sheets and cut them yourself to save money.

That's my plan. Just wanted to find the right set to cut up. :)

I have been happy with rosco, keep in mind to cut a hole to allow the heat to dissipate.
