Some of you who have been on here for years may remember me and that I have massive hobby A.D.D.
Cycling, competitive shooting, photography, cars, off road trucks, volleyball, soccer and so on. I really need to slow down.

SO, i'm trying to get back to photography a bit more.
I still shoot with a Canon 7d (the original one) and I sold off my 100-400 v1 for a Sigma 150-600 C about a year or so ago I think. It does well but it focuses more slowly.

Here are some shots I did recently,

Hey, I remember you! You didn't mention teaching in your list of activities. Does that mean...?;-)a
But I see you haven't lost your touch with the 7D ; great shots, Jeremy!
I don't check in as often anymore. Same with some of the others. The "like" option has taken some of the personal touch out of potn in my opinion. We'll see how it goes.
Oh, and welcome back!

Thanks KT and Rog.

I really wish I had the 7d2 but I haven’t shot pics enough to justify the expense.
And now I hear of a possible 7d3??

Ugh. Maybe I can afford a 7d2 when the 3 comes out?

Til then I’ll keep shooting with my old 7d1. Lol

There won't be a 7d3 until maybe end of the year, and it will likely cost around 2000. There are many great current options instead of waiting. :)

Yeah. I think a 7d2 would be a great upgrade and hopefully cheaper when the 7d3 comes out.
What would you go with?

Excellent series Jeremy and good to see you back! Looks like the Sigma is working great for you. I haven’t posted a set in quite some time also.

Great shots at wonderful angles.

Look into the 80D, it shoots at about the same speed as the 7D but with a newer sensor than the 7D2 and 6MP more.
