The tail should show white edges but it depends on angle and how the tail is folded. That is the only Kingbird of this genus expected in your area. The only other candidate (Cassin's Kingbird) would be much darker gray above, not to mention out-of-range.

May 21, 2018 22:34 | #4 Yep. Western Kingbird. Here's one I shot in OKC this week. We're right on the eastern edge of their range and also get Eastern Kingbirds.
