I love vole photographs.... there have been some amazing ones posted here. I knew owls liked them for dinner but had no idea what they were until I saw them posted here..

Very nicely done.

Thanks. I think everything likes them for lunch, that is why they are shy and quick! :p

.
I love this set of photos, Lester!

We have voles here, but they are not as photographable as your Bank Voles. In fact, they never come out into the open, remaining underground most of the time and then in super-thick grass when they do come up for a brief moment or so. I'd love to photograph them, but have no idea how I would ever do it, despite the fact that there are many thousands of them all around me when I'm out shooting.

You have a special opportunity there, and appear to be making the most of it.

Great work!

.

"Your" and "you're" are different words with completely different meanings - please use the correct one.
"They're", "their", and "there" are different words with completely different meanings - please use the correct one.
"Fare" and "fair" are different words with completely different meanings - please use the correct one. The proper expression is "moot point", NOT "mute point".

Cheers Tom, this was very exceptional. I have seen them a couple of times before and manged to shoot one once before, but they are very hard to see, and very fast!
