WORLDWIDE PHOTO WEEK: Part 618 - Abstract

My picture was of a champagne glass. It has bands of transparent relief. I put some colourful cloth behind it, used an office light from the side and shot it in different ways. The one that I selected and posted here is of the glass on its side. All was done in camera. No Photoshop. Just resized it and applied a bit of edge sharpening.

Cool to see the actual subject, Tim.

Following your example I took a quick shot of the champagne glass. Even now colours are reflected.

I just took a shot looking straight down on a large smooth rock right at the oceans edge. I used analog efex pro to add some interest.

as I already said it started with blueberries. I also thought of doing an ICM but didn't take the time to experiment with the technique and learn how.
