1. What will the usage be? Website only? Website + brochure? + ad campaign (if so across what media and markets)?
2. What is the likely viewership for the above?
3. How much does the club charge per year? Assuming 1.5% of viewers who see it become members how much revenue will it generate?

This is starting to sound like a Harvard Business Review case study :)

Aerial golf...when did that game get invented ?!

:p

What you charge depends upon the complex interrelation between...

  • what photographers who provide similar services IN YOUR AREA would charge...if your services are uniquely available, then you can set this in isolation of what the competition costs
  • how the photos will be used by the client, and how many copies of the image will be in circulation
  • what the client can/will bear

Truly, what others on POTN can offer is what other factors you might want/need to consider apropos to this particular situation, which you might or might not have considered. As already pointed out, negotiation will likely rule the outcome.

You need to give me OK to edit your image and repost! Keep POTN alive and well with member support https://photography-on-the.net/forum/donate.php

Exactly. I did the production and prepress work on aerial yardage guides that tied into the real estate developers of the clubs.

The level of perfection that was expected of every shot of every hole was incredible. No divot marks were allowed to remain. No dry or brown grass, had to be cleaned up.
No clumps of leaves, even on the fringes. Cart paths had to be clear. If a trap wasn't raked, I had to smooth it. Not to mention, all the greens had to match shot to shot depending on tee, fairway, rough or green. Over the course of a day, the turf grows a miniscule amount which affects its color and shading. Oh, and if the trees surrounding the greens or lining fairways cast dark shadows that obscured the course, the shadows had to be removed.

Lots of labor in Country Club work.

More an attempt to make the OP consider the amount of money golf clubs can generate. Good ones aren't poor and if your images are being used to generate that cash there is no reason you should offer them cheap images.
