This doe is pretty much ready to have her fawn. It is interesting how much creatures of habit they are. This is now the third year she has shown up in this part of my pasture to have her fawn. She still has last years little buck with her that was also bedded down about twenty feet from her. I was able to photograph her little buck from last year the day it was born. Don't know if that will happen this year, but I am excited to see her fawn or fawns that she is close to delivering.:-)

Thats awesome Terry, I have found the same. I have doe's that continue to come back to me for the winter months and have for years. Only thing is they leave come spring so I never get the fawns vmad-?:-(:rolleyes:

I find most all animals just the same.

Thanks Jeff. Most of the does hang around here all year. The bucks hang around when they are babies. After that, they are gone, making babies.ߘ

Nice pics and she does look close. Will be interesting if she hangs around and you get some fawn photos.

Thanks Steve. I believe she will hang around here, though most times, she keeps her fawns out of sight for the first couple of weeks.ߘ
