Godox / Flashpoint 360 SNOOTS > what's the diff between the two?

There is a snoot set for Godox or Flashpoint 360 lights. And it may fit the 200 model too. One is conical, black inside, with a grid. The other is cylindrical, silver inside, and also has a grid. Does anyone know what kind of difference I may expect from these two accessories? A link to Amazon's page:

left : the silver tube
right : the black cone

The honeycomb pattern is slightly seen especially at the edge.
I rarely use them, but when I use them mostly for hair light.
Sometimes I use the silver one as ad360 bulb protection :)
