Stop 24p madness!
OK, it’s really a matter of one’s own taste in how motion is represented. 24p really does have some qualities of film, but, does one want them?
Why throw away temporal resolution in pursuit of the filmic... especially when 24p really doesn’t quite match 24fps film? I see lots of people who want 24p just because they’ve been told it’s better. Please do look at what you shoot and how your content looks in your typical distributions, in 24p and 30p.
When you do that evaluation, you should be looking at typical motion in what you shoot. IMO it is pretty much a given that 24p isn’t much good for action video.
60fps is great for slightly slowmo whether one is going to 24 or 30p.
When I think about how to make my video more filmic, I focus on sharpness (post sharpening only! In-camera sharpening at 0), protecting highlights to the point of slightly underexposing (post color correction typically required), matching flat shooting profiles to scenes with wide dynamic range, controlling the dynamic range of scenes, lighting and blocking for good modeling/dimensionality, camera movement, color correcting / grading all footage, adding post vignette... and I almost always shoot at 30p for what’s almost always web distribution.
