I think our fox population is in good condition for the future. I'm fortunate enough to be able to watch 3 different families this year, one with 7 kits, one with 6 and one with 2.

wow! I was fortunate to find one family - you are beyond lucky! Did the fox kill the fawn I wonder? Didn't know they would do that.

Hi Nancy yup very fortunate. I have no idea if mom killed the fawn or simply came across it somewhere. She was moving the half eaten remains from one spot to another when I was there.
