I will be traveling to the National Mall this year and was wondering how safe it is to shoot at night around the Memorials?
Any other photography tips for this area?
Thanks,
Mike D.

Plenty of officers around, I was alone in one area around 2am and was approached by an officer, I was questioned and told that photography was not allowed(capitol building)in the area. He told me to get my shot/s quickly and move on, that was really cool of him.
