Ok I am new at this site and trying to figure out what dose what.. Can anyone tell me how to avoid this blue light where bright white should be??

I think your original may be a little underexposed. In PhotoShop, I reduced the cyan and adjusted the RGB curve to get to this point. The specular highlights from lights or the sun on the wet skin can be a problem because of the "lumpy" nature of these beasties.
