dale65bama Senior Member  687 posts Joined May 2005 Location: Safety Harbor, FL More info | Mar 20, 2006 20:47 | #2 I made some adjustments to your picture - this is a little closer to what I remember the spotted salamander looks like - large yellow spots, dark back, sides/belly flecked with white or bluish-white. I think your original may be a little underexposed. In PhotoShop, I reduced the cyan and adjusted the RGB curve to get to this point. The specular highlights from lights or the sun on the wet skin can be a problem because of the "lumpy" nature of these beasties.  HOSTED PHOTO please log in to view hosted photos in full size. Mar 20, 2006 22:51 | #3 Thx, looks a lot better. I guess the bright blue around the white is just happens in the digital world? I used to use Velvia and never seen anything like that.
