With the tube I get to around 1.3x and that makes a big difference. AF can be a bit balky with the tube. It is quite a bit worse with greater extension. So I keep it to 20mm. I think we have similar flies and I googled them and they look like Flesh flies. I don't know the ID of this fly. It does resemble a flesh fly. (Googled it.) For field work it is lightweight/wieldable  e3 macro rig 2 by Stopitdown Stopitdown, on Flickr e3 macro rig 1 by Stopitdown Stopitdown, on FlickrIt works good on the Laowa 65mm since it is small and short. flickr

Well I’m no expert on anything, but likely one of the Long-legged flies. (Dolichopodidae)
