They were everywhere, covering the tops of 6 or 7 milkweeds. So that is a larva of a ladybug? Thanks for the ID. Do the aphids grow up to something else or have they reached their full potential?

I just now realized that the larva is eating away & the other aphids are not bothered at all. I guess now I understand why I was able to man handle the plant roughly & not spook them.
