My favorite shot from today & a complete accident. I'll usually cut a small piece of plant or flower that the bug is on & bring back to shoot. I cut a small portion of grass to get a beetle & when I got home found this guy in the grass as well. Yes, he is licking his fingers. All returned back to plant. This tiny parasitic wasp finds a target host and deposits an egg inside it.
