I told the wife I had a gray spider on a green stem, pick a colored background. Found this girl on the garage in back, she's currently eating crickets then I'll take her home.

it's cicada time of year. This one was on the driveway and I was able to get to minimum focal distance with my 105mm macro lens.

We haven't had one yet this year. Last year they were everywhere, and much darker in color. Great shot.
