I have been trying to get good pictures of lace bugs. This is focus stacked by hand - a cherry lacebug (Corythuca associata). 100mm macro + Raynox 250 + LOTS of cropping.

I think what I need is an ultra macro lens, and if I shoot against a black background it will be easier to get colorful iridescence off of the wings.
