Many years of practice the robber flies were very difficult most of my shots are from seated position I carry a stool around but the robbers are from standing

Practice definitely makes perfect. I carry a small self inflating cushion type thing, so I’m usually kneeling on it. It’s small and light, rolls up if needed but fits flat in a bag also.
