I am really intrigued by this LAOWA macro. Is it easy to use the focusing ring? Can you still do focus stacking, or will it be very difficult ?

Very happy you liked it.

Regarding the Laowa 100mm macro, below is my 2 cents,

I don’t use the focus ring at all. I get it focused by either moving the camera or the subjects, for example, moving the leaf the bug stays on. With the MF assistance by R5, this method is fast.

If the subjects are not so shy or active, the stacking is possible for focus deviates from each time. And it could even be better which is benefitted from free of focus breathing. FYR, the first photo (front facing ant) is a 2-photo stacking.
