Thanks for the reply. I am familiar with arbirds.org and do have a Arkansas Audubon Society checklist. The checklist doesn’t break it down by county but it would be a place to start. I have an ace in the hole here. A very good friend of mine is an expert on warblers and just gave a presentation on warblers of Jefferson County, my home county. He could in short order, give me a list of warblers that would be considered regulars or residents and which would be considered migrants. If I ever get this project off the ground I’ll let you know.
That would be the way to start then, Doc. Given our winters up here, all of these birds are migrants. Upon their return, some then are summer residents and some pass through going further north, but can predictably be seen every year. So those are the two groups comprising my collection. There are two other warblers, Cerulean and Black-throated Blue, that have been reported in the county, but perhaps only once or twice, so they are not included.

Wow! Admirable endeavor! Are those all males of each?
Ah! That is a good question. I believe that for the most part the answer is yes. My goal was to get the brightly-colored, breeding males. But I'd have to do a little research on a couple to make sure that I succeeded. The Tennessee would be a good example as I don't think of them as displaying as much sexual dimorphism as some of the flamboyantly-colored species. Anyway, thank you for your comment.
Thanks!
