Godox Xpro Turning Off Auto-ISO?

Hey all!

All controversy of manual vs. auto ISO aside, I noticed that when I’m using a Godox Xpro-N transmitter to control my off-camera V860IIs, the auto-ISO on my D850 shuts off; rather, the top LCD still reads “AUTO ISO,” but the actual ISO stays locked into one value, instead of adjusting between minimum and 3200 as appropriate.

Am I missing a setting or anything here?

Manual or TTL for the flash? That may have an impact.

Aperture, distance/reflected light and ISO are important for the flash to determine the required output and it can't have the ISO changing randomly.

It was set on TTL! And good point on the flash needing constant ISO to work properly.

I was more hoping for somebody to confirm this is how it’s SUPPOSED to happen, though; to make sure I’m mot crazy or doing something wrong!

for canon, Auto iso with a TTL flash on board usually means 400iso - unless it needs to change to get the correct exposure. I never liked that as I would usually get over exposed pics when cloudy outdoors, and I had forgot to switch it to a stable iso. I'm guessing Nikon has a default iso with a ttl flash on board as well, but I dont' know for fact.

anche a me disattiva gli iso automatici con la nikon d850, ho provato in tutti i modi ma non funziona, ho fatto la prova anche con la d750 e non funziona. Io uso i godox V1, quindi credo che il problema sia del controller
