Something Crazy appened!

Hey All!
I have been going through something crazy over the past few days!

The story is that I have been an active Facebook user for a good number of years. -- I've used it to stay connected with many friends, and as an active member of groups, especiallly ones in which photography plays an important part

But recently , I was scammed and my Facebook account was hacked, and totally shut down, and I had to start a new one, I had lost all my friend connections, my group connections as well as hundreds of photos!

So, if you are a Facebook member and want to connect with a friend, let me know!

I have missed you here on the forum. . I have tried to contact you to see how you've been, but have had no luck getting in touch with you via PMs. . Nor have I been able to reach you via Facebook. . But I'll try again. . You're too important a part of this community to just disappear.

Too true, his post above is far to abridged to be the fruits of the Tony Long we all know and love...

Welcome back Tony. Sorry about your hacked account.

Depending on how much effort you want to put in, Facebook is pretty good about restoring priveledges to hacked accounts. Seems it has happened so often they came up with a way to deal with it.

Yeah, I found Tony had gotten his Facebook back. . I messaged him there a few days ago, but have gotten no response yet.

One of his more recent posts said something apologetically explaining that he just isn't up to typing and interacting much anymore (my paraphrase) .... seems like his health has sapped him of his enthusiasm and energy. . Sad, as he was always so expressive.
