Looking to sell my much loved 35mm f1.4 prime lens. I'm doing less and less cinema work, and therefore this lens simply isn't being used to it's fullest extent. Sharper than Canons 35mm L mk I of the same aperture and with a buttery smooth focus ring and aperture. I'll be sad to see it go but happy to have it go to a new home.
The inside of the lens is perfect. The front element lived behind a Hoya protective filter and is in perfect condition.
In terms of price the lens currently retails for CAD $750+ after taxes. The lens was mostly used in studio and the occasional get together. I've attached additional images taken with this beauty below, as well as a link to a local vendor selling this lens and a review from an optics reviewer comparing it the the canon equivalent that runs for around 2k canadian after taxes.
I'm looking to get Canadian 500$ after all is said and done.
