I rented the EM-1 Mk II for a dive meet last year. I was really happy for the most part, but was shocked that the camera did not adjust exposure during continuous shooting. A diver starting in full sun, but diving into the shade was underexposed when she hit the water. Hopefully, this will be fixed in a firmware update. Does anyone have experience with this camera for swim photography, or other photography with small, fast moving objects in front of the main subject? My experience with Canon and Nikon is positive, but was curious if there was a preferred focus setting or “tricks” for that type of shooting. TIA!

I don't remember. Just pulled the trigger on a refurb. Great deal from Oly. I'll be spending a lot of quality time with this camera. I have a shoot next year that will need 600mm handheld for sports. I'll figure it out.
Now I'm in the market for an L-bracket.

I think there might be a setting for exposure in relation to continuous shooting, frames per second, priorities.
Can't be specific sorry.
I have an EM5 and have looked at the EM1 online at times in interest only.
Olympus offers a pretty rich menu, just need a while to go through it.
Did you download a manual? That might be helpful.

For wildlife I have my C3 dial position set for:
Shutter priority
Auto IOS set for max 6400 with minimum shutter speed 1000
AF mode is sub point with spot metering
Speed is mechanical shutter High
AF is CAF+TR

For birds and leaping reptiles I have my C2 dial position set for:
Shutter priority
Auto IOS set for max 6400 with minimum shutter speed 1000
AF mode is 5 point + patter with spot metering
Speed is Pro Capture L
AF is CAF+TR

I use C1 for landscape settings.

I have Super Control Panel always as the default screen so it is easy and quick to change shooting parameters.

I believe there are 2 fast modes--one is insanely fast (60 jpegs a second??), but does not adjust.
