Mar 20, 2006 23:54 | #1 This is the Carnival Cruise Line's Elation off the coast of Cozumel. I was one of the sponsors that accompanied a group of high school seniors on a spring break cruise. The Elation was able to make 19 knots through some rough water in the Gulf of Mexico.
