Does anyone recognize what brand or light is being used to light this backdrop? I'm not familiar with photography lighting brands so I'm not sure who has the "V" logo.

It's an A not a V. The brand is Aputure.

Based on the mount and size, it might be a Lowel V-Light. Mine has barn doors, but they might be folded back here. I used one frequently before, but will have to take a look to see if it is the same.

EDIT: Not a Lowel. I think jlafferty is correct, Aputure Light Storm series LED.
